How to sign up?

• Open www.paypal.com and click on Sign Up
• Select your country, Select Personal Account or Premier Account(If u want to buy or sell) option, and then click ‘Get Started‘.
• Fill the form, uncheck the “Link my credit card so I can start shopping right away (recommended)” option if u don’t have credit card yet and click on the “Agree and Create Account” button.
• Leave blank text field of credit card info and click on ‘Go to my account‘.
• Check your email, click on link given in email and enter your password.

Your account has been created. Mostly webmaster use paypal to take payments from their clients.

You can withdraw paypal money into your bank account upto $500. If you want to withdraw more than $500 you need cc(credit card) or VCC(virtual credit card) to verify your account. Once verified you can withdraw unlimited money into your account.
